+ What should I wear to class?
We recommend fitness apparel that you feel comfortable moving in and sneakers of your choice!
+ Do you have parking?
We do! Our parking lot is located directly across the street from our studio entrance on N. Cleveland Ave. You'll enter through the alleyway behind Black Barrel Tavern.
+ Do I need to be a trained dancer to come to class?
Our Choreo Cardio and Choreo Cardio + Tone classes are dance based fitness classes open to all levels. You'll get more comfortable learning the choreography with each class! We do recommend some dance experience for our dance classes as they are geared towards intermmediate level dancing queens and movers.
+ Locker room and shower?
We have a powder room with showers, towels, and everything you need to refresh before and after your workout. We have two restrooms as well as lockers to store your things during class!
