+ Choreo Cardio
Step onto the dance floor for 45 minutes endorphin-releasing, fat burning, body strengthening dance cardio. You'll start class with fast-paced full body warm up followed by 12 eight counts of energizing choreography. You'll dance that choreography to 7 songs (each one getting a little faster), and end class with a cool down stretch. Designed for all levels with a love for dance, you’ll leave with sweat on your brow and a spark in your step.
+ Choreo Cardio + Tone
Love Choreo Cardio, but want you to get toned to the bone? This 60 minute class will give you our classic Choreo Cardio combined with toning elements to elevate your heart rate and get you inspired to take on the day!
+ Dance Classes
Our dance classes are 60 minutes lead by our amazing instructors who bring something fun and unique to every class! You'll start with a warm up or across the floor, and learn some choreography. We have a varitey of styles including Jazz, Jazz Funk, Heels, and Hip Hop. These classes are taught at an intermediate level so some dance experience is recommended. We promise you'll leave class feeling like a dancing queen!
